All of the handbags that we offer are preloved. Each piece is personally sourced and painted or stitched by hand special, just for you. If you have questions regarding any handbag's condition or would prefer to send in your own handbag to be painted, please contact us.

Each handbag that we source for our clients go through a multi-point, in-house authentication process that is unique to New Vintage. By meticulously double-checking codes, images, past sales catalogs and paying close attention to identifiable characteristics such as stitching, fabric, patterns, hardware and date stamps.  We are confident with our products authenticity and stand behind it with a full-money back guarantee.

We have developed a technique to ensure the durability of your bags custom-painted artwork. Our unique process begins with preparing the handbag's canvas prior to applying any artwork to the bag.  That vital, tedious step combined with our formulated, water-resistant paint ensures that the paint will not chip, crack or wash away if you were to get caught in a rainstorm.

All handbags ship with Signature Required via FedEx. An adult will need to be present for delivery, and sign for your package. You will receive tracking updates as they are available. It is the Clients responsibility to be at the address at the time of delivery and keep up with delivery notifications. Shipping estimations vary and cannot be guaranteed, as handbags are sourced, and hand painted to order. Typically, handbags ship in approximately 5-8 weeks. 

If you live in the Las Vegas area and prefer to pick up your purchase, you may do so. Please leave in notes at check-out that you would like to arrange pick-up. Once you have pick-up your purchase, we will refund your shipping fees.

Depending on bag sourcing and artist availability, we aim to ship your handbag in approximately 5 to 8 weeks. Sometimes it may take us a bit more time to find a bag that is up to our quality standards; Therefore, we cannot guarantee completion times and orders cannot be cancelled based on shipping estimations.

Our team takes great time and care to source high-quality, pre-loved handbags and meticulously prepare and hand paint each treasure special, just for you. Our service to source your handbag and prepare it for artwork begins immediately once your order has been placed.

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.  For purchased handbags online without personalized names or monograms, you may receive a refund up to 7 days post confirmed delivery for any reason. Due to the unique nature of our business and the timely effort of our team to service your order, New Vintage Handbags requires a 10% restocking fee.

You must request your cancellation or refund in writing by emailing Design@NewVintageHandbags.com to request a cancellation or refund.

All sales are final for:  Handbags purchased online with names, monograms, or personalized custom details.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item unless it is signed for by a member of our staff.
