Shipping policy

SHIPPING TERMS:

PADLOCKS, STRAPS & ACCESSIORIES: Ship via USPS for $7.95.

HANDBAGS:  are shipped via FedEx with Signature Confirmation. An adult must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. Clients will receive tracking information as it becomes available. It is the Client’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available at the provided address to accept delivery.

For personal customization services, a non-refundable return shipping fee of $24.95 will be charged. This fee includes Signature Confirmation. Once a package departs from the New Vintage Handbags facility, the Company is no longer responsible for its delivery.

If you reside in the Las Vegas area and prefer to pick up your purchase in person, you may request this option by leaving a note at checkout. Upon successful pickup, any shipping fees paid will be refunded.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for exchanged items or returns. New Vintage Handbags is not responsible for third-party shipping or delivery services. We accept third-party delivery confirmations as valid proof of delivery.

Due to the nature of sourcing authentic, pre-loved handbags and the varying availability of our artisans, shipping timelines are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. All orders are shipped via FedEx with Signature Confirmation. Shipping insurance is not included unless specifically requested and purchased by the Client. The Company is not responsible for packages prior to confirmation of delivery to our facility or after departure from our facility. Any losses incurred during shipping, in either direction, are the sole responsibility of the Client unless insured. To request shipping insurance, please contact Design@NewVintageHandbags.com prior to shipment.

International Orders & Customs: New Vintage Handbags ships to select international destinations. All orders are shipped from the United States. International customers are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes (including GST/HST), and brokerage fees assessed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping fee and are collected separately by your local customs authority or carrier. New Vintage Handbags has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. All prices are listed in USD. Currency conversion rates and any foreign transaction fees charged by your bank or card issuer are the responsibility of the buyer.

COMPLETION TIMES

Our service begins once your order has been placed. We carefully source high-quality, authentic pre-loved handbags for each project, and the artistic customization process involves many hours of detailed, hand-applied work. Each design requires adequate drying time between layers to ensure a flawless finish.

As a result, delivery timelines are not guaranteed. If you need your handbag by a specific date, please email Design@NewVintageHandbags.com before placing your order so we can confirm whether your request can be accommodated.
