Returns, Cancellations & Store Policies

At New Vintage Handbags, we are committed to creating a seamless and confident shopping experience. Each piece we offer is thoughtfully sourced, carefully prepared, and hand-painted with intention—making every item a true original.

Accessories Returns

Accessories—including pouches, straps, luggage tags, and glasses cases—without personalization or customization (such as pet portraits, monograms, or names) may be returned for a full refund within 7 business days of confirmed delivery.

Painted Louis Vuitton Handbags (Online Catalog)

Painted Louis Vuitton handbags purchased from our online catalog without personalization may be:

  • Cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund

  • Returned within 7 days of confirmed delivery for any reason

Due to the unique nature of our work and the immediate effort involved in servicing each order, all approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Handbags cannot be returned after 7 days from confirmed delivery.

Shipping & Return Responsibility

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service.

  • New Vintage Handbags cannot guarantee receipt of returned items unless signed for by a member of our team.

Final Sale Items

All sales are final for:

  • Handbags purchased online with names, monograms, pet portraits or custom art.

  • Artwork painted on a client’s personal handbag.

  • Sourced handbags with custom artwork.

  • Digital mock-up fees.

  • Gift cards.

Once artwork begins on a client-owned handbag, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

Return Condition & Processing

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Once received and inspected, you will be notified of your return status via email within 7–14 business days.

Artwork Care

At New Vintage Handbags, we take pride in our proprietary painting process. Each handbag is meticulously prepared to create a flawless foundation for the artwork. Our water-resistant paint is custom formulated and has been extensively tested for durability.

To preserve the beauty of your handbag, we recommend handling it with care. As with all luxury items, normal wear and tear may occur. New Vintage Handbags is not responsible for damage to artwork once the item is in the client’s possession. If artwork does sustain damage, we do offer a touch-up service for an additional fee.

Shipping

Due to the nature of sourcing high-quality, pre-loved authentic handbags and coordinating artist schedules, shipping timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
