My experience with this company has been completely a dream come true. They kept me informed every step of the way. When I opened the box I actually cried it was so amazing 10 times more than I ever expected in every way. I am will be sending them two more purses to paint. This was the best decision I have made!!! I had a custom change purse designed for my niece's 21st bday. The design was 21 in king and queen cards with her name on the other side. It came out perfect.
I was a bit nervous at first I must admit. A rep (Joseph) reached out to me. Explained the process. It was a great experience. I was asked what ideas I had in mind. I emailed my design ideas. Joseph sent me a beautifully drawn concept. The design was better than I imagined. I was told the process would take at least 6 weeks. I can't say if it did take that long . My bag seemed to come back sooner. Either way the artwork on my purse looks absolutely amazing. Each detail was beautifully painted!! Which fully tells my story!

What an absolutely gorgeous transformation done to my vintage LV shopping sac! A few years back, I had the straps and bag edge redone with some lovely leather work. The bag is an all time favorite of mine and came with me on my girls trip to Paris many moons ago. It still needed something, so I reached out to have some hand-painting done to it of various flowers that have special meaning to me. They did an awesome job, including on the little luggage tag I sent in for the same flowers to be painted on. I could not be more pleased with the work and the bag is a truly special customized piece now!

I purchased a vintage LV that needed a little bit of TLC. I asked if an artisan at Vintage Handbag could refresh the damier ebene pattern on impacted areas. I cannot tell you how beautifully the texture looks and the amazing job the artisan did. I highly recommend their services.
From beginning to the end, Joseph and team were locked in to my order and focused on the accuracy of the picture of my darling Mojo. His darling little face will be with me everywhere I go! The only problem I have is deciding what will my next one be?!
Wow. Just wow! I am so happy that I had this done. I had a custom piece done of my horse on one of my favorite LV's bags. I am wearingit this week at a horse show and I am getting stopped all day long. The customer service and communications was outstanding. I am so happy.
