Our team takes great time and care to source high-quality, pre-loved handbags and meticulously prepare and hand paint each treasure special, just for you.
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. For purchased handbags online without personalized names or monograms, you may receive a refund up to 7 days post confirmed delivery for any reason. Due to the unique nature of our business and the timely effort of our team to service your order, New Vintage Handbags requires a 10% restocking fee.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item unless it is signed for by a member of our staff.
