Each handbag that we source for our clients go through a multi-point, in-house authentication process that is unique to New Vintage. By meticulously double-checking codes, images, past sales catalogs and paying close attention to identifiable characteristics such as stitching, fabric, patterns, hardware and date stamps.  We are confident with our products authenticity and stand behind it with a full-money back guarantee.

Our custom-formulated, water-resistant paint is made to last—it won’t chip, crack, or wash away, even in the rain. To keep your artwork looking its best, avoid harsh chemicals, excessive rubbing or scratching, and prolonged sun exposure. Be mindful not to overstuff or weigh down the bag, and like any luxury piece, condition the leather regularly to prevent drying or cracking. If your artwork is ever damaged, we offer a professional touch-up service for a fee.

We understand that purchasing a custom piece is a meaningful investment, and we want you to feel confident in your decision. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. For online purchases without personalized names, monograms, or custom artwork, returns are accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Any cancellation requested after 24 hours, or any eligible return, is subject to a 20% restocking fee due to the time, materials, and artistry involved in processing your order.  All sales are final for handbags featuring names, monograms, special requests, or any personalized custom artwork.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If returning an item, we recommend using a trackable service with signature confirmation, as we cannot guarantee receipt unless signed for by a member of our team.
