We believe you should purchase with confidence. We will gladly exchange your online purchase for a New Vintage online store credit within the guidelines below.
1.) You must fill in the below exchange request within 48 hours of receipt of delivery (please see below).
2) A New Vintage representative will email you an exchange authorization confirmation, and a pre-paid return shipping label. The product must be shipped with the given prepaid shipping label, or the exchange will not be accepted. Please be sure to check your clutter/junk folder if you feel you have not received confirmation within 48 business hours.
3) The product must be shipped within 3 business days of the sent confirmation. The product must be shipped unused, in its accepted condition and with all shipping material (ie dust bag, charms, strap). Ship it back just like you received it.
4.) Once New Vintage receives your exchanged product we will send you confirmation with your online store credit instructions.

*Please note that we will not exchange, refund or accept returns for any refashioning services or any products that have any applied customizations. Any purchased made via Lay-buy can not be exchanged or refunded once the initial order is placed.
A $50.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit for all accepted exchanges.
