May be returned within 7 days of confirmed delivery for a full refund of the product purchase. 

Website Handbags Purchased Online:

Handbags purchased online that do not have personal customizations (monograms and names) may be returned for any reason for a New Vintage Handbags online store credit. If for any reason there is any issue with the final product, just let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue. 

We are a service based company. Our service begins immediately once your order has been placed.  You will have 24 hours to cancel your order for a full refund. If you would like to cancel after 24 hours, you may request an online store credit.

All terms and conditions are agreed to with a checkbox at checkout. Please see terms below.

Custom Artwork:

All sales are final for custom, personalized artwork. Including handbags purchased online with names or monogram options.

Return Requests must be emailed to Design@NewVintageHandbags.com within 4 days of confirmed delivery. 

Handbag Artwork:

We use a special paint mix and application process to ensure that the paint will last when cared for.  We cannot guarantee the paints longevity, due to not having control over the care of the canvas once it is in our clients' hands. Therefore, it is our client's responsibility to care for their painted handbag. All of our artwork is indeed painted by the human hand of a talented artist.  We strive to reproduce our artwork as close to the original as possible and pride ourselves with how alike we can paint them by hand. We do not accept returns for artwork that my vary from the photo shown on the website or digital mock-ups offered for custom designs.

Completion Times:

Our service begins once your order is placed. We are particular in the quality of the authentic, preloved handbag that we diligently source and purchase for our clients. The Artwork process takes many, many hours and requires adequate drying time between layers. Therefore, delivery times are not guaranteed, and orders will not be refunded based on completion times. If you need your handbag by a specific date, please email Design@NewVintageHandbags.com and we will see if it is possible to accommodate your request prior to completing your purchase. 

TERMS:

To be eligible for an accessory return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Once your refund/exchange has been approved for inspection, you will be sent an email with return shipping instructions. Items must be returned to us by days end on the 7th day post request acceptance. 

Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that it has been received and confirm if your exchange/return is approved. Once approved, we will refund your original method of payment, or for handbags purchased directly online issue your store credit code. Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund/store credit to appear. If your item is not approved for an exchange/return, we will immediately send it back to you at the address we have on file.

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PIECE THAT HAS BEEN PERSONALIZED, CUSTOMIZED OR CUSTOM ORDERS under any circumstances for a refund or exchange.
  • Handbags purchased online are not eligible for return; However, may be eligible for an online store credit. 
  • To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase of your online New Vintage order number.
  • We do not accept returns from retailers. 
  • Sale items, Gift cards, Custom Orders, Event items or Customization Fees may not be returned/exchanged/refunded. 
  • We do not accept any unauthorized returns.
  • New Vintage monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
  • One exchange per purchase order is allowed.

Return Shipping:
If you are return shipping an item over $100 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless signed for by a member of our staff.

Customization Services:

Any commissioned artwork or made to order items are non-refundable under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you are confirming that you agree to all terms of service. By remitting payment, client certifies they own the item and has the right to make alterations; Client acknowledges the Company is not responsible for the condition and identification of the item at the time of receipt from the Client; Client understands that should the item be lost or stolen while in Company care a maximum payment for a replacement bag in similar condition deemed and provided by Company will be excepted by Client. Client acknowledges the Company will employ various methods including, but not limited to, cutting, sewing, and painting, to alter the item, which may affect the resale value of the item; and Client ratifies the foregoing billing and return policies of the Company and agrees that this Customization Agreement reflects the understanding between the Client and Company. New Vintage may post before, during and after photos of the completed project to their social media. Client agrees to give New Vintage Artist creative freedom while applying design, understands New Vintage Artists are indeed painting by hand and painted designs vary from any digital mock-ups offered or inspirational photos. Client agrees digital mock-ups are only used as a general reference and hand painted artwork will vary as it is indeed painted by hand. Custom design and artwork rights are solely owned by New Vintage Handbags and may be reproduced as a customization or sold on our website. Once artwork has begun to be applied the Client may not cancel order and any changes made to design may have additional customization fees. Completion times are estimations and are not guaranteed. New Vintage claims no responsibility for the artwork canvas on client's item once it is returned.  Client is fully responsible to care for its newly painted canvas. Client agrees to accept Artists completed project and artwork commission fees will not be renegotiated once project is complete. Formal quote is valid 14 days post offering. Customization Commission fees are final once the artistic process has commenced and thereafter. Client agrees not to perform a chargeback or dispute under any circumstances and will accept completed project by New Vintage Handbags. Client information will be kept confidential. 

Promotional Codes: You may only apply one (1) code per order at check out. Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases or on customization services.
