How to Get Started
We make the customization process smooth and enjoyable! To get started, simply fill out a custom request form and schedule a quick 15-minute consultation with our creative design team. When booking your appointment, please be ready to upload a photo of your handbag (if you're sending one in) as well as a general idea of the artwork you have in mind. While we’re here to help with creative ideas, having a starting point will help us understand your vision better. Our design team will guide you through each step of the customization journey! Pricing
All of our artwork is individually priced and based on how long it will take our artists to complete your specific project. Pricing varies greatly on artwork size, material of accessory, details of the artwork and other custom factors. Our design studio will be happy to offer you a quote once they know the details of your request.
our unique paint process
Our artists have developed a unique application technique and special paint mix to ensure the durability of your bags custom painted artwork. Our formulated, water-resistant paint will not chip, crack or wash away if you were to get caught in a rainstorm.
Digital Mock-Up
You will receive one complimentary digital rendering to help you visualize placement, size, and the overall concept, along with one adjustment at no charge. Additional modifications can be made for a fee.
Completion Times
Completion times depend on our artist's production schedule at the time they receive your handbag. Your design coordinator can give you an estimate when you connect.

How it Works

Custom Request FormFill in a custom request form and schedule a call with our New Vintage design team for personalized experience and creative insights that will bring your dream project to life. Each project is individually priced based on how long it will take our artists to complete your project.
Once we have the details of your project, our design team will craft a digital mockup, showcasing a general idea of how your artwork will look on your bag. After you give us the green light on the mockup, the exciting journey of bringing your vision to life will begin!
We understand the value of your cherished piece, which is why we prioritize quality and precision in every step. You’re welcome to check in anytime with your designated design coordinator for updates. Typically, the process takes around 6 weeks from the time we receive your bag.
Once your custom artwork is complete, our design team will snap beautiful photos of your transformed handbag so you can see the stunning results before it heads back to you. We want you to be just as excited as we are about your new piece!
We’ll carefully package your handbag and use signature-required FedEx shipping for added security and peace of mind, so you can rest easy knowing your unique creation is safely on its way home.
With over 10,000 bags successfully painted, our proven process has withstood the test of time. To maintain your masterpiece, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth. Be sure to avoid harsh chemicals, rubbing and scratching the painted surface.
