If you would like photos of the actual case that you will receive, simply leave us a note in check out and we will email you photos prior to it being painted.

Handbags ship with Signature Required via Fed Ex. Shipping times vary on sourcing and current artist production schedule. Typically, bags purchased online will ship in approximately 4-6 weeks. *Delivery estimations are not guaranteed.

By meticulously double-checking codes, images, past sales catalogs and paying close attention to identifiable characteristics such as stitching, fabric, patterns, hardware and date stamps, we are confident with our products authenticity, and will stand behind it with a full-money back guarantee.

New Vintage will not sell or customize counterfeit merchandise.

If for any reason there is any issue with the final product, just let us know and we will do our best to resolve it.

Handbags purchased online that do not have personal customizations (monograms and names) may be returned for any reason for a New Vintage Handbags site credit.  

Once your order has been placed, you will have 24 hours to cancel your order for a full refund.
