By meticulously double-checking codes, images, past sales catalogs and paying close attention to identifiable characteristics such as stitching, fabric, patterns, hardware and date stamps.  We are confident with our products authenticity and stand behind it with a full-money back guarantee.

Our artists have developed a technique to ensure the durability of your bags custom painted artwork. Our unique process begins with preparing the handbag's canvas prior to applying any artwork to the bag.  That vital, tedious step combined with our formulated, water-resistant paint ensures that the paint will not chip, crack or wash away if you were to get caught in a rainstorm.

All of the handbags that we offer are in beautiful, preloved condition. The handbag in the photo is the actual handbag that you will receive.

All handbags ship with Signature Required via FedEx. An adult will need to be present for delivery, and sign for your package. You will receive tracking updates as they are available. It is the Clients responsibility to be at the address at the time of delivery and keep up with delivery notifications. Shipping estimations vary and cannot be guaranteed, as handbags are sourced, and hand painted to order. Typically, handbags ship in approximately 4-6 weeks. 

If you live in the Las Vegas area and prefer to pick up your purchase, you may do so. Please leave in notes at check-out that you would like to arrange pick-up. Once you have pick-up your purchase, we will refund your shipping fees.

Completion Times:

Our service begins once your order is placed. We are particular in the quality of the authentic, preloved handbag that we diligently source and purchase for our clients. The Artwork process takes many, many hours and requires adequate drying time between layers. Therefore, delivery estimations are not guaranteed, and orders cannot be refunded or canceled after 24 hours.  If you need your handbag by a specific date, please email Design@NewVintageHandbags.com and we will see if it is possible to accommodate your request prior to completing your purchase.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for any exchanged items or returns. New Vintage is not responsible for third party shipping & delivery. Client claims full responsibility of delivery if they choose to make changes to the original delivery location or original delivery date. New Vintage only accepts third party delivery confirmation.

All straps, padlocks and trinkets and tassels will ship in 1-3 business days via USPS.

Products Purchased Online:
Products purchased online may be returned within 7 days of confirmed delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and it is the client's responsibility to ship the item back.

All sales are final for custom, personalized artwork, including handbags purchased online with names or personal monogram options.
